Admittedly, I was rather sad to see this series end, but I couldn't have asked for a better finale!

Vow of Justice is a wild ride from page one. The action starts there and doesn't stop until the epilogue. With many twists and turns, my adrenaline was almost constantly racing. Eason explores a variety of themes, including forgiveness and trusting God. Linc St. John and Allie Radcliffe are both very realistic characters, and, after seeing Linc featured in the previous three books, I was excited to finally read his story.

All in all, Vow of Justice is an explosive finale to the Blue Justice series! I highly recommend it to lovers of good suspense with a touch of romance.

Vow of Justice, the highly anticipated conclusion to award-winning author Lynette Eason’s Blue Justice series, is a fast-paced romantic suspense novel filled with danger, incredible plot twists, the perfect amount of romance, and of course, those handsome St. John brothers. Lynette Eason is favorite must-read author of many romantic suspense fans, and she does not disappoint in her latest novel.

Vow of Justice can easily be read as a stand-alone novel, but readers will definitely want to read the entire series after falling in love with the heartwarming and beloved St. John family. Each of the siblings have their own story told in previous books in the series. Five of the six St. John siblings are involved in law enforcement, and their mother is the chief of police. The family dynamic between the six St. John siblings and their parents is much like the Reagan family in the TV show Blue Bloods, but Lynette Eason’s Blue Justice series is even better than Blue Bloods!

FBI Special Agent Linc St. John finds himself in extreme danger after the alleged death of his partner Allison Radcliffe. Her undercover assignment for the FBI places her in close quarters with an extremely dangerous and powerful head of the Russian mafia. Secrets from Allie’s past continue to haunt her as she seeks justice for her family after unspeakable crimes were committed against them 15 years ago. Sparks continue to fly between Allie and Linc as their desire to catch a killer puts their own lives in jeopardy, while Allie’s past and present collide in this explosive conclusion to the Blue Justice series.

Lynette Eason seamlessly weaves the characters’ faith into the novel as Allie and Linc’s belief in God remains constant even when they question why He would let bad things happen to good people. The powerful message from a youth camp speaker that Allie recalls from her teenage years stayed with her all these years: “God didn’t promise everything would be perfect, but he did promise that we’d never be alone and God would never give up on us.”

Vow of Justice is highly recommended for readers of romantic suspense, especially those who enjoy books by authors such as Dani Pettrey, Lynn H. Blackburn, Rachel Dylan, Natalie Walters, and Elizabeth Goddard, and fans of the TV show Blue Bloods. Even though the Blue Justice series is regrettably coming to an end, fans of the St. John sibling Derek will rejoice in the following news…. Derek St. John will get his story told in Lynette Eason’s upcoming novella, Lethal Agenda, which is included in her romantic suspense novella collection, Protecting Tanner Hollow, releasing in November 2019.

    Additional Quotes:

"Uh-oh?” Sitting in the command van a short distance from the estate, Linc felt his heart take a nosedive. “Allie, there’s no ‘uh-oh’ in undercover work.”

“Do we have a plan?” Allie murmured.

    “To not get killed.”

    “I’m good with that.”

"She missed him. Missed sharing laughter, movies, and pizza nights. Missed their in-depth conversations about faith and God. He always made her think. But . . . she had to do what she was meant to do. Take down Nevsky and find the one who’d murdered her family."

Vow of Justice by Lynette Eason is one thrilling tale of justice served. A young woman lived through a terrible ordeal and wants to justice. As an FBI agent, she can get the man and another evil man locked way for life. Only they somehow find her and her cover is blown. From there, she's afraid for the crime boss's daughter, who is her only ally someone she ended up caring for. The young daughter knows her dad is evil. Both agent Allison and the teenage girl, will learn to cope, fight, and get their justice...it's only a matter of time. Allison and her team are thrown for several surprising loops. A man they trusted is against them. But who? One agent believes the other is dead. Only one is stuck hiding and the other is out to get revenge for his partner's death.

Nothing in this novel, was predictable. I loved it. The characters kept me guessing. They way they reacted left a lot to be done and said. I wouldn't know what they would do or say, until they did. Then there were the bad guys who kept popping up when they were least expected. Twists and turns everywhere. The pages flew by fast. The plot was action driven mostly. The characters helped speed it up as well. Entertaining from the beginning, I was hooked. Overall, this was one edge of your sear kind of romantic suspense read. I recommend it to all readers.

Read as a "stand alone" and it was so well written, plenty of adventure, mystery, and some romance - interesting reading all the way to the plot & ending - you really get to know the characters - excellent, fast read story.

"Vow of Justice" is a Christian romantic suspense. It's the fourth book in a series, but it works as a stand alone. It doesn't spoil the previous books.

The main characters acted realistically and were likable. They were kind, resourceful, and never gave up. The mystery was interesting, though strong hints foreshadowed the twists so that they weren't really a surprise. I presume this was to build the suspense: we could see the lurking danger to certain characters but it took them some time to see

They were constantly sneaking into dangerous spots, leading rescues, and confronting killers. I also really loved the criminal's teenage daughter: smart and resourceful. There was no sex or bad language. Overall, I'd recommend this exciting story.

If you have been following this series this is Linc St. John’s, and if not don’t hesitate to jump in, yes, it can stand alone! I have read all of this series, and this one sure doesn’t disappoint, full of action and surprises come out of nowhere, there are so much going on I kept being surprised.

Life for some has very little value and Allison and Lincoln, FBI Special Agents, are really in for enough work for a life time, that is if they make it to the end.

I love the way this author’s mind works,

I enjoyed the epilogue, and the teaser of a new book coming, and yes I’m ready for more!

When his partner Allie's cover gets blown, Linc St. John must put a hold on his romantic feelings for her and pull out all the stops to save her from a Russian crime boss. This fourth book of the Blue Justice series was filled with non-stop action. The twist at the end was fairly predictable, but that didn't lessen the enjoyment. The Christian themes were woven deftly into the story, and I must say that it's pleasant being able to read a "clean" thriller with no swearing and sex that still has heart-pounding suspense. While the previous book about Linc's older brother Brady St. John was a good read, I think this one was even better.

Once again, Lynette Eason delivered an intriguing book!

Linc and his co-worker Allison have surely though somehow hesitantly been building a relationship going beyond work. And the hesitancy isn't so much because of doubts regarding their own feelings or complication it can bring to their work, but Allison's personal history that makes her guard her heart.

Nevertheless, it is this same history that taught Allison to love well and fight for justice. It has made her who she is, the Allison Linc is falling in love with.

No need to say the action is thrilling, but it's the character development through which the theme of forgiveness was worked through that tugged at my heart. I'm sorry to see this series end but so excited for what Eason will bring next!
